What information is collected
The server log may contain a brief technical record of the IP, browser type, request time, and opened URL. Necessary cookies will only be used for site security and basic functionality. When submitting a modification form, name (optional), email, the URL of the relevant page, and message will be collected.
Why it is used
This limited information is used to keep the site operational, identify abuse or security issues, review modification requests, and respond to readers if necessary. No advertising or marketing analysis trackers are used in the initial version.
How long it is retained
Modification requests will be kept for a maximum of 90 days, and general security logs will be kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless more time is legally required for investigating abuse or security incidents. A daily task to automatically delete modification requests older than 90 days is active on the site.
